2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Subscribers)
If you are a first-time subscriber to our Monthly or Yearly plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if:
• You have used less than 5 hours of transcription time
• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• You contact us within 30 days of your initial subscription date
2.2 Service Failures
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
• Our service experienced significant downtime (>48 hours)
• Transcription quality was substantially below our stated accuracy standards due to technical issues on our end
• You were incorrectly charged or double-charged
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
2.3 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
• Subscriptions renewed automatically (beyond the first billing cycle)
• Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
• Change of mind after using significant service resources (>5 hours or >20% of monthly quota)
• Failure to cancel subscription before automatic renewal

8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties:

8.2 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription:
